Scott Foster

G'day I'm Scottie, founder of Australian Bush Spices. I am passionate about food and Australia so I have made it my mission in life to make my business pursuits a natural blend of the two. I was introduced to the use of bush spices in cooking in the late 1990s and have spent countless hours, exploring this vast land to discover more about our native flora and how bush spices were used in traditional cooking. My passion for food is equaled by my passion for this country and I spend as much time as possible travelling to different locations. I hope that some of my experiences might be of interest to readers who share my interest for local produce.
