Andrew Mitchell

G'day I'm Mitch - but that user name was taken so I'm going with GreatBig - no explanation required. I'm into travel and have spent a great deal of my life on the road, be it Australia, New Zealand or Europe. The idea of living with no fixed address or time frame appeals to me. As I grow older I must admit I'm finding local pursuits such as Mountain Bike riding or lazing about at my parent's place at Gipsy Point satisfies my need for adventure, so don't be surprised if my commentary and content of the moment, carries that theme!

3.0 Big Boat Negotiating the Channel

Photo greatbig | 2008-03-10 | The channel into the boat ramp at Tooradin is very shallow when the tide is right out. We were in a tinny and bounced along the bottom a few times if you don't pick it perfectly. This boat had to come through on the plane so its prop did not drop down too low into the mud. | read more
