Acacia Luxury Transport operates from its head office at Port Douglas and the Qantas terminal at Cairns International Airport. Established in 1986, the company operates a seat-in-coach service transferring people primarily to and from airport, shipping, train and bus terminals to their hotels or accommodation houses between Cairns, Palm Cove, Port Douglas, Cape Tribulation and Cooktown. They also operate local shuttle services around Port Douglas at 15 minute intervals throughout the day between the hours of 7.00 a.m. hours to 11.00 p.m.

In addition, it operates Limousines and Coach Charters from Mission Beach to Cape Tribulation and Cooktown. Acacia Luxury Transport also operates Port Douglas Taxi Service. Acacia Luxury Transport provides vehicles and drivers for customised tours, special events and weddings. They operate a state of the art electronic booking system to manage the movement of the fleet, which operates 24 hours per day seven days per week. Acacia Luxury Transport is the only licensed operator at Cairns International Airport.
