The Dog on the Tuckerbox Festival has become a great reunion weekend with many former residents returning to catch up with relatives and friends and savour the best the district has to offer. A feature of the Festival is the Snake Gully Cup Racing Carnival run over two days at the picturesque Gundagai Race Course with in excess of AUD100,000.00 in prizemoney. The Ex-Tigers Sportsman's Dinner on the Saturday night is always a great drawcard, while the markets at The Dog On The Tuckerbox on Sunday are a showcase of local crafts and cookery.

Thursday:

Snake Gully Cup Calcutta- Services Club 1900

Friday:

Day one of Snake Gully Cup Carnival. One of Southern New South Wales' premier race meetings

Saturday:

Day two of Snake Gully Cup Carnival, Golf competition- Non golfers welcome, Bowls afternoon-Sports Club

Live Entertainment Saturday Night at the Criterion Hotel and Sportsman’s Dinner at Services Club

Sunday:

Bush Breakfast in Carberry Park from 0730, plus Market Stalls for everyone.
