The Hunter Wine Industry Association is proud to announce the return of its premium event “Hunter Semillon & Seafood 2009”.

Join in the celebration of Semillon throughout the Hunter Valley. Unlock your inner gourmet genius with Semillon master classes and seafood cooking demonstrations, meet the winemakers and sample stunning semillons from the latest releases through to museum treasures. Be tempted with Semillon & seafood feasts, and update your wine knowledge with tutored tastings & wine tours.

At the Main Event (Saturday April 18, 2009):

Join Hunter Semillon Master classes, sure to make you an expert.

Relax and enjoy live music whilst feasting on seafood such as shucked oysters and freshly trawled prawns prepared by award winning Hunter restaurants.

Entry includes a souvenir wine glass, 12 tasting vouchers, hourly prize draws, master classes, cooking demonstrations, live entertainment. Food and wine can also be purchased (no BYO) or ask about our Premium Ticket Package with seating & special opportunities.
