The Alice Springs Show is a traditional rural show with a very close association with the regional cattle stations, and is based on agricultural produce, livestock and craft. The show encompasses business displays, competitions, photographic, cooking and other contests and outback sporting events. It also brings the rides, attractions and sideshow alley offered at the big capital city shows to delight all children and families. Treat yourself to a dagwood dog, a bag of fairy floss, a jam doughnut or some fresh strawberries and cream.
The Alice Springs Show finishes with a giant fireworks display.
