The Borroloola Gulf Show, known locally as the WayOutBack agricultural show, combines agriculture, gardening, lifestyle, arts, crafts and competition in an entertaining day out. An exciting local rodeo, a camp draft and a gymkhana are highlights of this event, which is held to coincide with the public holiday at Borroloola.
Borroloola is situated 80 kilometres inland from the Gulf of Carpentaria in the Northern Territory, 250 kilometres west of the Queensland border.
