How do I add content to a location

I would like to add content being that a review or photo and associate that with a location on planbooktravel. How is that done?
Adding Reviews and Photos to Australian locations, regions and states
First register a user id and password for the site and log in.
By logging in to the site, the header and buttons change to become personalised to your account.
The top row of buttons are for viewing your content.
The bottom row of buttons are for adding your content.
All reviews and photos require a reference to a location. Once published, your photos and reviews will appear on the same page as the location. Top reviews will also appear in the region and state for that location.
