On Katoomba's escarpment in the grounds of Historic Cloudlands just minutes from The Three Sisters, is a restored Old Writers Retreat, offering elegant and spacious accommodation for two to seven people.

Fully Self-Contained, the Retreat is ideal for couples, groups family reunions, special celebrations and executive retreats. There are four bedrooms - two double rooms, one single, one twin, two bathrooms, three toilets, a fully equipped kitchen, generous dining room, oak-panelled lounge room with open fire (there's also efficient gas heating throughoutthe Retreat) and sheltered verandah. This atmospheric mountain lodge has beautiful timber features and is set in over an acre of old, terraced escarpment garden, giving private access to the world heritage listed Blue Mountains National Park and Prince Hennry Cliff Walk, with breathtaking lookouts. Sumptuous, relaxing bedrooms are bathed in soft, sleep including colours themed on Australia's wildflowers. The 'slumber experience' is made complete with quality, crisp linen, luxurious alpaca wool quilts, and generous supplies of fluffy pillows, pampering natural toiletries and for

the cooler weather, electric blankets.

Take a long luxurious soak in the claw footbath, complete with bookrack for serious bookworms! A selection of aromatherapy bath mineral salts, bubble bath and oils are always provided.

In a central, yet private location of Cliff Drive, you can walk to attractions,a luxurious health club and award winning restaurants.

Great Pride is taken to Attention to Detail. The gourmet self-catering breakfast basket featuring local products contains artisan breads, local and home-made jams, locally grown preserved fruits, gourmet local muesli and much more! All tariffs include fresh flowers, fresh fruit, hand made chocolates and truffles.
