Leave your world behind as you enter the spacious and light townhouse that is Alias Richmond. Located just one block from the fabulous Bridge Road shopping precinct and approx 500m from Victoria Gardens, Alias is blessed with a quiet location to return to after exploring the shops, cafes and restaurants - all within easy walking distance.

Alias provides very comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and ensuite. There is also a valuables safe. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed which can split to 2 singles if required, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 singles. All bedrooms have excellent storage space and are generously sized.

The main bathroom has a full sized bath and separate shower and there is also a downstairs powder room.

Open plan living, dining and kitchen are downstairs and open onto the courtyard where you can enjoy outdoor dining and BBQ's. All of these areas are spacious and stylishly furnished including elegant dining for six, comfortable leather sofas with plenty of seating for everyone, and flat screen TV/DVD/CD/Pay TV.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and gas hotplates. Adjacent to the kitchen is a European style laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Broadband internet is included in the tariffs.

Off street parking is included plus there is unrestricted street parking.

Alias is pet friendly by arrangement.
