Mansfield
- The rural town of Mansfield lies in the foothills of the Great Dividing Range, 200km NE of Melbourne. The area is renowned for its scenery. Summer visitors include bushwalkers, horseriders, anglers, watersports enthusiasts and those enjoying weekend getaways. Skiers descend on the area in winter. The region and some of its attractions have also been popular with film makers. The Man from Snowy River, as well as Cool Change and The Far Country were filmed here.
