The Pinnacles, Nambung National Park

Reference :

Nambung NP
Situated around 230km north of Perth, Nambung NP is famous for the Pinnacles; limestone rock formations; that lie in the heart of the park and number over 150 000. A combination of water, quartz, limestone and sand has interacted to create these unique and varying rock columns that appear to be growing out of golden desert sands. A photographer's paradise, the park is also home to a variety of native flora and fauna and offers fishing, bushwalking and swimming opportunities.
