Barossa Wine and Heritage 3 Hour Tour - BGT01
Jan is a local tour operator, born and bred in Tanunda, so she knows the Barossa Valley well. Jan specialises in tours of boutique wineries and knows where to take you for those special reds and whites. If there are some wineries you would like to visit, they can be included in your itinerary or if your preference is a heritage tour, Barossa Getaway Tours is for you. Jan can show you old Lutheran churches, Goat Square in Tanunda, early settlers homes, the Primary School she attended, Seppelts Mausoleum and Collingrove Homestead, to name a few. Your tour could include the Whispering Wall, 'Hill of Roses' Chateau Yaldara, Keg Factory, the first German settlement in the Barossa, Mengler Hill Lookout, Angas Park Fruits and of course the local bakeries. You will be driven in a classic 1963 Chevrolet Belair, fully restored, fitted with air conditioning and modern stereo system. The vehicle is a very spacious, comfortable classic car that seats up to six people with ease and a huge boot for all of your winery purchases. Jan will make sure that you have a most enjoyable and memorable tour in the beautiful Barossa Valley. Operates: Daily by arrangement.
