Experience Tasman Island and Cape Pillar where you will be inspired by the highest dolerite sea cliffs in the Southern Hemisphere, towering 300m vertically out of the Tasman Sea. Get straight into the action covering 70km of the most dramatic and geologically spectacular coastline in Australia. It is packed with ocean- sculpted arches, blowholes and islands created by mother nature over 200 million years. Be in awe as the crew take you deep into gulches and sea caves, an experience unique to Tasmania! Board The Encounter to experience an eco-adventure of a life time. The waters off the Tasman National Park are teeming with marine wildlife feeding on schools of fish. Get amongst seals, dolphins, whales, albatross, penguins and pelagic seabirds. Explore the depths with our underwater camera and flat screen monitor. See the Giant Kelp Forests, Seacaves, school fish, feeding frenzies, seals, crayfish and abalone only seen before by scuba diving. We have two departure points, Eaglehawk Neck and Port Arthur depending on the sea conditions. Alternative Port Arthur Tour includes free bus transfers from Eaglehawk Neck and Port Arthur.
