The Peppermint Bay Cruise is fully guided cruise from Hobart to Peppermint Bay. Peppermint Bay is a waterfront restaurant, bar and function facility at Woodbridge in southern Tasmania.

Led by knowledgeable guides, you will explore 75 kilometres of dramatic coastline, secluded bays and tranquil seaside towns. See footage of sea gardens and giant kelp forests, taken by the boat’s underwater cameras. Watch for sea birds, seals and dolphins - you may even see majestic sea eagles at close range. You’ll visit a floating Atlantic salmon farm to discover the process of raising this sought-after fish, which is exported throughout the world. Enjoy a three course banquet style hot lunch at the award winning restaurant. After lunch you can stroll in the grounds, see fine Tasmanian products in the Coach house crafts store, enjoy a glass of locally produced wines or just wander the town. You will then board the Peppermint Bay II for your return journey to Hobart.
