Our mission is to enable people to experience a unique interaction with nature while leaving little to no impact on the environment. We adhere to minimal impact practices and seek to educate people about our natural areas while they enjoy an active holiday.

ECOTREK was established in 1982, conducting walking weekends and holidays along the Heysen Trail. Since its inception ECOTREK has continued to provide the best possible holidays through consultation with our clients and land managers.

Ecotrek operate a range of scheduled tours and can also arrange special itineraries for groups. Groups are kept small, providing full attention to client's needs, safety, enjoyment and minimal environmental impact. We pick you up from various locations around the Melbourne CBD.

Our staff are trained and experienced outdoor leaders - enthusiasts with love and respect for natural places, who are happy to share their skills and knowledge with our clients.

Prices include all meals, camping equipment, and/or twin share accommodation, depending on the tour. Guides, support vehicles, entry charges, and travel as stated in the tour outlines.
