Evergreen Winery Tours has been operating in the Yarra Valley since 2001. Host, Geoff Cooper has a simple but effective philosophy on what his tours should entail, they should be small, personal and give clients an insight into Australian hospitality.

His winery tours allow clients a personal experience of wines and winemaking.

These tours visit the smaller high quality boutique wineries where clients usually meet the owner/winemakers and are given as much time as they need to make their visit both enjoyable and educational.

Clients are transported in a luxury Statesman sedan, not the usual coach, van or people mover used by most tour companies. This vehicle ensures that guests enjoy the personal experience Evergreen Tours wishes to provide. The maximum number of people on a tour is four which also ensures personal attention.

Tours include: The standard full day tour with lovely two course a la carte restaurant lunch, visiting six wineries, the "Wine Buff's Tour" includes a three course lunch, with wine with each course, sparkling wine at Chandon and exclusive use of the car, the "Balloon and Barrel tour" includes a balloon flight, full breakfast with sparkling wine and an all day winery tour and the "Three day tour of the Great Ocean Road includes, two nights accommodation in luxury "king" spa rooms, including dinner and breakfast, three hours at Ballarat's Sovereign Hill and a full day winery tour on the last day. Half day winery tours are also available only from within the Yarra Valley.

As an alternative clients may design tours to meet their own needs on an hourly basis.
