The Twin Falls Gorge Boat Shuttle Services runs with a guide from the gorge a short walk from the car park. It operates every day of the week and transfers you through the gorge to a marked walking track to the base of the falls.

The boat shuttle is the only access to Twin Falls Gorge. Tickets must be purchased, prior to travelling out to Twin Falls, from the Bowali Visitor Centre, Mardugal Campground, Garnamarr Campground, Gagudju Lodge Cooinda in Kakadu National Park and Tourism Top End Information Centre in Darwin.
