Narooma Day One
Fixed the fuse so our lighting was restored and we headed off for nine holes at the Narooma golf club. Em hit them out of sight which is more than I can say for myself.
In the afternoon we hit the surf with Emma's body board. The water was warm and the beach was quiet and sheltered.
In the evening we saw fish jumping out of the water behind the breakers. I suspect they were Salmon being hunted by something larger. A sucker for fishing I through lures at them for an hour and neither managed to catch nor fowl hook any fish as they wandered passed.
Cleaned up the boat motor in the afternoon which I'd neglected to do at Gipsy Point.
Little Mitch had given me some storage bins for the trip. I set to sealing one of them so it would retain water and could be used as an eski as well.
Note: local advised us to boil water before drinking.
