Explore Culburra Beach to Ulladulla, South Coast NSW
Heading to the coast to start your holiday? Why not head straight for Culburra Beach. With somewhere to stay in everyone’s price range you will not run out of things to see.
If you thought there was already enough to keep you busy on the South Coast there is more. There is access from Culburra Beach to Jervis Bay National Park.
The park is important to the migratory route for a variety of rare shorebirds and a drought refuge for waterbirds. You can take part in scuba diving here to see the abundant sea population in crystal clear water.
Further south past the beautiful Lake Conjola and Conjola NP is Ulladulla, another popular tourism resort with many activities to enjoy, and enough bars and cafes to distract visitors when not on the beaches sunbathing or swimming.
For more of a cultural twist, the Coomee Nulunga Cultural Trail near Ulladulla is a good way to experience the indigenous history of the area as it travels through low windswept heath, capturing a living sculpture by the moods and breezes of the Pacific Ocean.
This is only a snapshot of activities to do and places to explore here, we haven't even mentioned the fishing, the golf, the local food....the list goes on! Just hit the road and see where it takes you.
Enjoy!
