A Taste of Australia
Native Australia through the eyes of a food enthusiast...
The vast Australian landscape is wild, raw, and spectacular. Earthy tones, organic textures and distinct native scents infuse her terrain, unearthed as a rich bounty of intense bush flavours – the seeds, nuts, leaves and berries gathered from her flora, feed her indigenous residents over tens of thousands of years. Aboriginal people are at one with their land. Nomadic, they listen to the earth, move as one, following the food trail as dictated by the seasons.

Byron Bay
- One of Australia's most fashionable and popular holiday destinations, Byron Bay is renowned for its balmy climate and excellent surfing beaches; it is also a popular area for scuba diving. A whaling town in the 1950s, Byron Bay is now full of galleries, boutiques, cafes and 'new age' shops, reflecting the holiday atmosphere and alternative lifestyle of the town. It is such a popular tourist destination, in summer the locals are frequently outnumbered by the tourists.
