Deposit paid and booking confirmed back in January (nearly three months ago). Four days before we are due to leave Brisbane to holiday In Tasmania we are advised "sorry for the inconvenience" but the property has been booked by someone else who has paid in full.There has been no communication from the owners in the last 3 months. Apart from their obvious inability to run a business it is disappointing that the owners think last minute accommodation cancellation is a mere "inconvenience" to interstate travellers. Do not have anything to do with this cottage accommodation is my advice.
