Fires above Lake Buffalo half a year on
The fires did an immense amount of damage, it's hard in photos to really show the immensity, the kilometres and kilometres of damaged bush. In some areas the fires burned so hot, the trees are not regrowing. The hills in this photo, are full of blackened trees as far as the eye can see, surrounding small farms up above lake buffalo on the backroads from King Valley to Myrtleford throught the national park
