Pangerang lookout in the Warby ranges, and myself standing on a rock :) Pangerang lookout can be found by following the road out of Wangaratta to the North West and taking the road to the golf course. Keep following it up and into the Warby Ranges and past Ryan's lookout (also of interest to view the Alps), and as you start over the main crest and down to the other side, the road leads off to the right. Follow the dirt track and signs to the end. It's about a 1hr walk to the summit, where you have a clear view north west of the Warby Ranges. Prior to European settlement the area was occupied by the Pangerang Aborigines, thus the name.
