I would suggest that if you reach Balladonia in the late afternoon, that you stop for the night there. It has a nice campground, and a hotel/motel.

The next stop is Norseman, another 191km.  This section is a little hilly, and with the sun right in your face, it makes for a long drive at the end of the day.  Balladonia is nicer than Norseman, and that is all I will say about Norseman.
We did not take the above advice, and pressed on for Norseman.  By the time we arrived there, it was dark.  We staggered into the BP station restaurant, ate some not-at-all-bad lasagna, lurched our way to the caravan park, and collapsed into our campertruck bed.  It had been a long day of driving and we were exhausted.

A final note on the Nullarbor: it is a long drive and a bit of an adventure; most of the drivers are very friendly, and it becomes a sort of bonding experience.  It is understood you have to wave to every single car and truck you pass.
