Monkey Mia. Western Australia
Monkey Mia is not what it appears from my perspective.
Recently home end September 2008 after 3 months to Adelaide, Darwin, Katherine to Kununurra, Derby Broome and along the west coast of WA.
Stopped at Denham and drove to Monkey Mia for the day but found that to visit the shops and view the area it is necessary to pay $12.00 before you can get in!
Found this excessive just to visit the couple of shops they have there without visiting the Dolphin display.
Been to the Gold Coast etc for dolphin interaction.
It should be called Money Mia as I believe it is an excessive amount just to visit the couple of shops they have there.
WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.
