Where's the "Lower West " Region of WA?

WA's Lower West seems to have fallen off the map

Wandering through this website, I find that their is no reference to the Lower West Region of WA.  This is a most unfortunate oversight for this region , immediately to the north of Perth is a great tourist destination for it is well within a day drip from Perth.

There are many places to visit,  on the coast lobster fishing ports of Lancelin, and Jurien Bay (Lancelin also has extensive sand dunes with areas set aside for off road vehicles, it also hosts some of the best windsurfing and parasailing locations along the entire west coast).

Guilderton is a delightful little holiday village located at the mouth of the Moore River.

Further up the coast you will find "The Pinnacles Desert",  natual limestone pillars, created by erosion

Inland we find several small towns among them Gingin, which has become the "home" for Olive growing in Western Australia.

The district could not go without a mention of New Norcia, a town unique in Australia,  founded by the Benedictine Monks, the town consists almost entirely of building associated with a monastry, museum, school and the infrastructure that goes with them.

So, if you're in Perth, and have limited time in West Australia, This could be the region for you to explore
